David joined Emprimus in 2010 and serves as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President. He has more than 15 years of direct experience with neutral blocking technology and electromagnetic detection and works with an experienced team of experts in the electric utility industry. David has directed the development of SolidGround® from early design through commercial deployment. He and his team have been awarded a variety of patents relating to neutral blocking technology, E1 shielding, as well as methods and devices for IEMI and E1 (“early pulse”) detection and triggering to engage protective systems and/or rapidly isolate portions of the power grid.

David holds a B.A. in Business Economics from Westmont College (2001). He serves as the primary point of contact for utility customers and the government.
